End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mindomax. It outlines the terms under which Mindomax offers its services and software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Mindomax, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

Mindomax grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software and services provided by Mindomax strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software or use the software for commercial time-sharing or bureau services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property in and to the software, and any copies thereof, remains with Mindomax or its suppliers. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Warranties

Mindomax represents and warrants that it has sufficient rights to grant this license. Beyond this representation, the software is provided 'as is' without further warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mindomax be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if Mindomax has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Mindomax if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
