This page explains who owns what on Mindomax: what belongs to us, what stays yours, and what to do if you think your work has been used without permission.
What belongs to us
The Mindomax apps and website, the Mindomax name and logo, and the texts, graphics, illustrations and code we publish belong to Mindomax and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Quoting a page and linking back to it is fine.
What stays yours
The cards, notes and files you create stay yours. By putting them into Mindomax you allow us to store them, process them for the features you use and show them back to you and to anyone you share them with.
The shared library
Sets published in the Mindomax library stay with the person who made them; publishing a set means you let other users study and copy it inside Mindomax, and nothing more. Please publish only material you are allowed to pass on.
Material from other people
A textbook PDF, a photo or a diagram you upload usually belongs to someone else. Keep that kind of material private, for your own study, and upload it only if you are allowed to. Do not publish it to other users.
