What Mindomax costs

Mindomax is currently free of charge. Premium can currently be activated for free and is then valid until the end of 2027. This offer may change, and we will only ever charge you with your prior agreement.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple, and your email address identifies your account. Use one account for yourself, keep your sign-in safe and tell us if someone else gets into it. You should be at least 13 to use Mindomax; if you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian first.

How you may use Mindomax

Use Mindomax for your own learning and stay within the law. In particular, please do not:

• upload content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal or hateful
• try to break, overload or get around the service, its limits or its security
• use bots or scripts to pull content out of Mindomax in bulk
• sell, sublicense or share access to your account
• use the AI features to produce anything illegal or harmful

What the AI can and cannot do

The AI features write text, generate cards and turn speech into text. They get things wrong sometimes, so check anything that matters and do not treat what they produce as medical, legal or financial advice. Because these features cost money to run, they have fair-use limits that keep the service available for everyone.

Your content stays yours

What you create in Mindomax belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it for the features you use, and show it back to you and to the people you choose to share it with. If you publish a set for other users, you allow them to study and copy it inside Mindomax.

Leaderboard

Signed-in users can see the display name and stars of the top learners on the leaderboard. Your display name comes from your Google or Apple sign-in, and you can change it at any time in the app's settings or on your account page on the website.

Our content

The apps, the website, the Mindomax name and logo and the material we publish belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use them only as these terms allow. Our copyright page has the details.

Availability and changes

Mindomax is provided without guaranteed uptime. Features can change, be added or be discontinued for a valid reason, for example technical developments, new legal requirements, security or running costs.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential to this agreement, and then only for damage that is foreseeable and typical for it. Liability under mandatory law is unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Mindomax at any time and delete your account in the app; deleting the account also deletes your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. A change applies to you only once we have told you about it and you have accepted it; if you do not accept it, either of us can end the agreement.

Applicable law

German law applies. If you use Mindomax as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you.
